Do you have an office in Hyderabad?
No. The factory and office are in Karachi, roughly 150 km away. Hyderabad orders are packed at the North Karachi plant and either delivered or collected from there.
Can I collect from the factory instead of paying freight?
Yes. Factory pickup is available during working hours, Monday to Saturday, once the order is confirmed. For a Hyderabad buyer that is often the cheapest route.
Can silica gel go inside a rice or food pack?
Not on our documentation. Food-contact certification is not held, so packs belong in the carton or outer packaging. Confirm your buyer's specification before ordering if it requires food-contact material.
Is there a minimum order?
