Certificates of Analysis (COA)

Batch/material test results against a published standard.

COA: White Silica Gel Bead, 2–4 mm (origin mill certificate)

Batch certificate of analysis from the source mill, against HG/T 2765.4-2005: SiO₂ ≥ 98%, bulk density, RH adsorption at 20/50/90%, loss on heating, pH, and specific resistance. Conversion, sachet filling, and packing are done at our Karachi facility.

Standard HG/T 2765.4-2005Size 2–4 mmValid to Jul 2027
Applies to: White non-indicating bead

COA: Blue Indicating Silica Gel Bead, 2–4 mm (origin mill certificate)

Batch certificate of analysis from the source mill, against HG/T 2765.4-2005: bulk density, RH adsorption at 20/35/50%, colour change point, and loss on heating. Blue indicating gel contains cobalt chloride and is not cobalt-free; the cobalt-free indicating option is the orange grade.

Standard HG/T 2765.4-2005Size 2–4 mmValid to Jan 2027
Applies to: Blue indicating bead

COA: Activated Clay Desiccant, 2–4 mm (origin mill certificate)

Batch certificate of analysis from the source mill: qualified size ratio, bulk density, adsorption at 90% RH, loss on heating, and pH.

Adsorption performance

How much moisture silica gel holds across the relative-humidity range.

Typical silica gel adsorption isothermRepresentative equilibrium capacity at ~25 °C. Exact, batch-specific figures are stated on each Certificate of Analysis (COA).

Silica gel keeps adsorbing across the full humidity range and holds moisture as a solid, it does not deliquesce into liquid. For aggressive, high-uptake cargo protection where some run-off is acceptable, calcium chloride strips reach higher absolute capacity; for clean, no-leak electronics, pharma and packaged goods, silica gel is the safer choice.

Documentation FAQs

Is the ISO 9001:2015 certificate genuine and verifiable?

Yes. The certificate number, scope, NACE code, and validity dates are published above so a buyer's compliance team can verify them against the issuing registrar before requesting the file.

Can I get a batch-specific COA?

Yes. A material COA is shown here; a batch-level Certificate of Analysis matched to your exact order and destination is prepared on request at the RFQ stage.

Which compliance claims do you not make?

Silica gel is supplied DMF-free with SDS and COA. FDA, food-contact (FSSC 22000), pharma (USP/DMF), REACH-specific, and JEDEC certifications are not held as blanket credentials and are never claimed without valid proof for the exact product and market.
